- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Caleb Hill is the worst landlord I've ever had. He will show one of his houses that needs work done and promise that he will make sure that he fixes on the property and doesn't. His maintenance workers don't like working for him they are terrible at thier jobs. I'm so glad that me and my family no lobger have to deal with him anymore. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆He doesnt require for tenants to clean after they move out. He doesnt background check anyone. He lets people trash your home and have nothing to pay for it. Gives full deposit back for a filthy destroyed home. So outdated he sends the checks end of the month because tenants pay mid month with no late fees. No late rent fees is insane! Im considering having his establishment brought to the board of realtors soon for investigation on his practices because I lost over $5500 on home repairs since renting with him. He made up a story about our tenants moving out and it turns out it was just a single tenant who was going to a hotel room for a few nights until the ac was fixed. He scared my wife badly and we lost all our savings for an overpriced AC installation--not even giving us a chance to shop around for a contractor but forced to use his choice. I will never recommend this service and lost complete faith in a company we had once trusted so much!By Todor Stefanov, January 04, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Caleb Hill is beyond incompetent. Using Hill Real Estate for rental management was a terrible mistake on my part. Hill Real Estate failed to let me know when tennants vacated the property, failed to notify me when the property was damaged until I got a bill for repairs, allowed tennants to pay rent late with no fees, and did not perform credit or background checks on potential tennants as they were instructed to do.
