  I never have issues with any of the ladies at the office or on the phone when I interact with any of them. I had no issues when they explained to me that they do not do extensions and if I am late I have no issues being charged a late fee because hey, I was late, it's not their fault I was late. And anyone who gets charged more deposit it is because they keep turning your stuff off and are unreliable customers. I have been going in and out of this office for around 20 years when I lived at home with my mom and now in my own home and have never had any issues with any one in the office. Thank you.

  It's 27 Dec at 10am. Holidays have been over! Can someone pick up the photo now? Not everyone has the luxury to make a special trip to the water billing office. Unbelievable!

  Call to ask a simple question and no one answered, called two numbers, the one listed on the bill for CS questions and another one that I called which was the sewer line number who immediately answered and gave me a different number to call, STILL..... no one answered, what's the purpose of putting numbers on the statement if no ones gonna answer the phones!?
