  So, I went to the drive-thru at the Bossier City location in order to deposit $290 CASH (of my OWN money mind you) into my fiances checking account. I had three $100 bills, so I filled out the deposit slip as less cash of $10. Therefore, making my total deposit $290! The teller named David, didn't even bother to pay attention and READ the slip and just deposited the whole $300! When I asked him WHY he did that and WHERE my $10 was, he said to send the slip back very rudely!!! To make it short, from then on I was treated as if I was stealing my owe measly $10 from someone! This bank is extremely unaccomadating!! Their tellers overall are NOT trained well/at ALL and have absolutely NO concept of satisfactory customer service!! They have absolutely NO sense of RESPECT or common courtesy! Definitely the most unprofessional bank tellers I have EVER encountered! I did speak with the branch manager and although he is professional, I know that my complaint is not of any true importance since I am not a member. Regardless of the "FEDERAL LAW" giving people a hard time about their OWN CASH MONEY is uncalled for! In my opinion it is a true sign of people who are totally power obsessed and don't really care about the quality of service that they provide! In my entire LIFE, I have never been treated by ANY bank establishment/staff (member or NOT) with such disrespect and given such a hard time about a cash deposit with cash back!!! In fact, I called two other banks to confirm the "LAW" and they both said that technically it is against correct policy/procedure when someone is not listed on the account. HOWEVER, as long as there is a paper trail there is a way to do it in order to accomadate anyone who needs any cash back and that it is not at all a problem!! They both were shocked by my story and both said: "We NEVER do that to ANYONE who has the same type of transaction/request at our establishments"! They both confirmed they SIMPLY make the necessary adjustments and accomadate those particular people... NO questions asked and NO haggling whatsoever!!! WOW!! SHOCKING!! If I could rate them in the negative I would!
